5. Payment

  • Payment must be made using valid treasure methods accepted by the crew.
  • Mateys authorize the crew to charge all applicable fees and taxes at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • The crew will ship treasures to addresses provided by mateys.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to the matey upon delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • The crew may, at its discretion, accept returns or exchanges of treasure.
  • Certain treasures (including digital treasure) may not be returnable.
  • Refunds, when granted, will be issued to the original treasure method.

8. Use of Website

  • Mateys agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
  • The crew prohibits interference with the operation or security of the website.
  • The crew may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
