Refund policy

At Golden Skull Coffee, every bag is roasted fresh to order — crafted for ye, not left sittin’ in a dusty hold. Because of this, and due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on any opened bags of coffee.

If ye receive the wrong treasure, or if yer order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly set things right. Just send us word at info@goldenskullcoffee.com within 30 days of receiving yer order.


Damages & Issues

Inspect yer loot when it arrives. If beans be spilled, packaging be damaged, or ye were sent the wrong roast, contact us right away so our crew can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bags of coffee (due to freshness & food safety)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

We cannot accept returns on consumables once opened, or on custom/special order items.


Exchanges

We don’t swap opened coffee for another treasure, but if the wrong item was sent, or an unopened bag remains, we’ll chart a course to exchange it.


Refunds

If a refund be approved (for damaged, defective, or unopened items), we’ll return the gold to yer original method of payment within 10 business days. Remember, banks sometimes be slower than a ship in still waters — if ye don’t see it after 15 days, send us a message at info@goldenskullcoffee.com.


In short: We can’t take back opened coffee, but if yer delivery arrives wrong or damaged, we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
